Exhibit Information

Users can create their exhibit bios and purchase a booth at the same time.

All tables/booth space include

• Wired Hookups
• Wifi (free wifi for the whole event)
• 6' Table
• 10 amp power service
• Publication of your exhibit in the event brochure

• 10' Booth Space - $600
  These are good for companies or organizations that have large displays and would like more than a 6' 'science fair' table. If your group needs more space, you can purchase multiple booth spaces. Note: There are limited supplies of booth space, so order early!
• 6' Table - $200
  These are good for companies or organizations that only need a table and two chairs for their display. You may display up to a 6' wide 'booth display' behind the table. You may not purchase multiple tables. If you need more room, consider purchasing a booth space.
• Non-Profit Tables - Free*
  These tables are located in the middle 'triangle' section of the exhibit hall. They include a 6' table and two chairs. Note, you may not have booth displays behind non-profit tables. You may only have one non-profit table. If you need more space, please contact us.
  *Non-Profit space is only open to 501(c)(3-4) organizations, EDUs, as well as community members who are demonstrating F/OSS products (not their company).
