Lunch Information
Lunch will be served in the courtyard between G Building (exhibit hall) and Haskell Center from approximately 12PM to 2PM. If the options below do not meet your needs, it's just a short drive from BTC to downtown Bellingham where you can choose from a wide variety of restaurants and coffee houses.

The BTC Culinary Arts Chef's Club will once again serve their traditional salmon BBQ lunch for $8. All proceeds benefit the Chef's Club:
- Grilled Salmon with Ginger Barbeque Rub
- Vegetable Slaw with Sesame Dressing
- Sticky Rice
- House made Ginger Lemonade
- Dasani Water
