Hired by the Great Northern Railway in 1968 because he had computer experience (tty’s and punch cards), Bill is retired and still lives with his wife and two daughters in Bellingham, Wa. He is a founding member of the Bellingham Linux User Group and LinuxFest Northwest. His love of Linux and FOSS started with Slackware, Caldera, RedHat, and SuSE. He is now obsessed with Kubuntu.
